Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of official, a Space operated by official on DukieX. DukieX provides platform, marketplace, payment, moderation, search, livestreaming, AI, and account infrastructure. Space owners, creators, and sellers are responsible for the products, content, fulfilment, seller disclosures, and customer support they provide through the Space.

You must provide accurate account, profile, seller, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for your credentials and activity. You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape without permission, interfere with security, submit malware, infringe rights, harass others, sell illegal or unsafe items, or use the Space for unlawful activity.

Sellers and creators must provide accurate listings, prices, availability, shipping costs, delivery estimates, refund/return information, seller identity, business contact details, and safety or legal disclosures. Trader sellers must keep public legal/trading information current and must not present private selling as business selling or business selling as private selling.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchase. Sellers are responsible for fulfilment, customer support, lawful products, taxes, product safety, buyer data they receive, and any independent legal duties that apply to their products or services.

Payments, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, saved payment references, Connect onboarding, and payouts are handled through Stripe and DukieX commerce services. DukieX does not intentionally store raw card numbers or CVV. Credits, tips, gifts, ads, subscriptions, and AI or livestream usage may have additional checkout or product-specific terms.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant the Space and DukieX a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process, moderate, search, recommend, transform, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. AI tools may generate drafts, metadata, summaries, recommendations, moderation assistance, clips, or other outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before publishing it.

Users can report illegal content, unsafe products, intellectual property concerns, messages, reviews, listings, livestreams, profiles, and marketplace violations. We may remove, restrict, demote, suspend, or restore content or accounts based on law, policy, safety, human review, or automated assistance. Affected users may receive a reason or statement of reasons and can appeal eligible actions through account settings.

Search, feeds, featured lists, livestream surfaces, discussions, products, and recommendations may use relevance, recency, popularity, availability, engagement, quality, safety, membership capability, editorial featuring, and paid or sponsored influence where enabled. Paid or featured influence must not be hidden where it materially affects ordering.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate content, listings, selling, payouts, livestreaming, messaging, or accounts where required by law, safety, fraud, payment risk, seller disclosure failures, repeated policy violations, or harm to users or the service. We will provide notice and appeal routes where required and feasible.
