Shipping Information

official supports marketplace shipping between buyers and sellers. Shipping may be seller-managed or handled through our connected carrier tooling, depending on the seller and order.

How Shipping Works

Digital Products

For digital products like training plans, route maps, or maintenance guides, delivery is immediate after purchase. You'll receive an email with download instructions or direct access through your account dashboard.

Physical Products

Physical product shipping varies by seller. Product listings and checkout should show the shipping details available for that order, including:

  • Available shipping methods
  • Estimated delivery times
  • Shipping costs
  • Countries/regions the seller ships to

Sellers are responsible for packing, dispatching, and fulfilling seller-handled orders. If a seller uses their own shipping process outside our connected carrier tooling, the seller remains responsible for that shipment.

Supported Carriers

Our connected shipping and tracking setup currently supports these carriers through ShipStation where available for the seller account and destination:

  • EVRi
  • DPD
  • GlobalPost
  • Yodel
  • FedEx UK
  • Royal Mail
  • Parcelforce Royal Mail

When connected tracking is available, buyers can see tracking updates in their order history and feed. Updates may include the latest carrier status, estimated delivery, and package location when the carrier provides location data.

Some sellers may still use a carrier or service outside the connected list. In those cases, tracking and delivery support depend on the tracking details provided by the seller.

Order Processing

Most sellers process orders within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, custom builds, holidays, or sales events, processing may take longer. Sellers should notify buyers of unusual delays.

Order status updates are provided by email, in your order history, and in the feed when tracking updates are available. Once shipped, sellers should provide tracking information or use connected carrier labels where supported.

If a seller manually handles shipping, contact the seller directly from the order page for dispatch, tracking, delivery, or parcel-location questions.

Seller-Handled Shipping

official is a marketplace platform and does not take responsibility for shipping handled directly by sellers. Seller-handled shipping includes any order where the seller buys postage, books a courier, dispatches from their own premises, or manages delivery outside our connected carrier tooling.

For seller-handled shipments, contact the seller first for tracking, delays, failed delivery attempts, damaged parcels, lost parcels, address corrections, or carrier claims.

If the seller does not respond, or if you cannot resolve the issue with them, contact customer support with your order number, tracking number, seller messages, and any carrier evidence.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Some products may have restrictions for certain countries
  • International tracking may not be as detailed as domestic tracking

Each seller specifies the countries they ship to. If you don't see your country listed, the seller may not offer shipping to your location.

Shipping FAQ

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, first check the tracking information and carrier page. Contact the seller directly through your order history. If the seller doesn't respond within 48 hours, contact customer support with your order and tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Contact the seller immediately. Once an order has been processed, labelled, or dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is determined by individual sellers. Many offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. Check each product listing for specific shipping information.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are set by sellers or calculated through connected carrier tooling based on package weight, size, destination, carrier, and selected service level. Available shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Which carriers can show tracking updates?

Connected tracking is currently available for supported ShipStation carriers: EVRi, DPD, GlobalPost, Yodel, FedEx UK, Royal Mail, and Parcelforce Royal Mail. Tracking detail depends on the carrier data returned for that parcel.
